2024 Lexus NX 450h+ – Lexus released the latest version of the flagship crossover, the NX, using a plug-in hybrid engine, the NX 450h+ 2024. The + sign in the name of Lexus cars is made specifically to indicate that the car is a variant of the plug-in hybrid version. The Lexus NX 450h+ is the first vehicle to offer an engine package with hybrid models, PHEVs and pure electric power.
Looking at the engine of this car, you will be familiar with the Toyota RAV4 and Suzuki Across SUV because they are almost similar. Through this engine, you will feel a more powerful driving performance, which is 183 hp from the gasoline engine, 183 hp and 260 Nm of torque from the front electric motor, and 53 hp and 121 Nm of torque from the electric motor on the rear wheel which is certainly simpler than other parts. So the total output for this Lexus engine is 305 hp. For the transmission system, Lexus gives confidence by using eCVT units.
Reportedly, this crossover will be equipped with four-wheel drive so that it can provide a much more optimal driving experience in various road conditions. To support the performance of the electric motor in this car, Lexus provides a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 18.1 kWh.
