Unfortunately, the New Interior of the Lexus IS 2023 doesn’t come close to many of its rivals, as the cargo capacity is only 10.8 cubic feet, making it much smaller than the 17-cube BMW 3 Series 2023 trunk. With the 60/40 rear seats folded, there’s obviously more space available, but in this configuration, the New BMW 3 Series can accommodate about four additional pieces of luggage.
In the cabin, the door pockets are a bit small, but the center console storage compartment and dual cupholders for the driver and front seat passenger are more useful. At the rear, the 2023 Lexus IS Interior F Sport offers a folding center armrest that houses two pop-out cupholders.

There is also a suite of safety equipment that includes a backup camera with dynamic gridlines, rain sensing windshield wipers, blind-spot monitoring with rear traffic warning, dynamic radar cruise control, road sign assist, intelligent high beam and lane departure warning.
Moving to the 2023 Lexus IS Interior F Sport derivative adds a ten-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, heated/cooled front seats, heated steering wheel, and a somewhat eye-catching G-force display. The interior of the New Lexus IS 2023 also has sporty-style instrumentation. The options list includes items such as a power moonroof, intuitive parking assistance, and a surround-view monitor.

On the infotainment system front, the 2023 Lexus IS Interior still includes an elaborate touchpad but now offers a touchscreen interface, so you hardly need to use a fiddly controller. The standard eight-inch screen is closer to the driver for easier touch, and the available 10.3-inch screen is slightly closer.
The infotainment system offered has also been integrated with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Amazon Alexa features, and is equipped with a Mark Levinson premium audio system which is available with 17 speakers.
